No. You don’t pick a judge, you hire lawyers and get assigned a judge after filing your Complaint.
But yes, the Obama/Biden campaign has hired on a law firm to represent them if needed after the election.
I’m 98% sure the McCain/Palin has hired their team a long time ago.
It has nothing to do about winning or losing. But if you have looked at the polls lately, your statement is wrong. Obama has about a 90% chance of winning this election. Taking what I see in news polls and what I hear from people around me. I literally only know about 2% of people who are voting for McCain/Palin. Maybe less.
P.S.- You spelled Senator Obama’s name incorrectly.
Oh, and obviously the teams were not hired on to file a lawsuit because they lost. That wouldn’t make it past the door into the courts. They are for legit legal reasons that you obviously are oblivious to. So when McCain and Palin lose, they will sue Obama/Biden for things unrelated to losing. And Obama/Biden will need council to represent them.
False
Do you know what your candidate’s stances are regarding economic policy, energy independence, healthcare, education, foreign/national security? Anything of relevance? How about building your candidate up, versus paying so much attention to the opponent?
I don’t think that will be necessary. Obama is going to win. Will the reps have some Election Commissioners willing to cheat and throw the race again like Katherine Harrison?

“How about building your candidate up, versus paying so much attention to the opponent?”
Seriously your candidate still thinks that McCain = Bush and when McCain told him otherwise he looked like a deer in the headlights.

I wish the Democrats were so adamant on the voter and registration fraud that is for them right now. Tunnel vision amongst the Democrats is horrid.

Looks like your party has already got a jump on it…..
I wonder if New Zealand will be affected by the Armageddon unleashed when Palin takes over?
