Have you heard of people winning reverse discrimination lawsuits for example, against a Korean landlord in LA who does not want white people to rent there, or a company looking only to hire women or blacks?
What about when black people harass someone at school if the person is white ? Or a place that prefers gays discriminating against straights.
Have there been successful judgments and compensations?

There is no such thing as reverse discrimination. The fact that when a racist or discriminate action is made against a Caucasian is that the sol use of reverse discrimination is in its self discrimination. Why, just because a person is Caucasian does discrimination now become reverse? Simply said no matter your skin color, creed or back ground hate from one person to another in any form for these reasons is against humanity and is inappropriate the same as every sin holds the same merit no matter the sin. Until we all realize this the world will not change.

not sure if this is what your looking for but several years back, some University of Texas student’s sued the school based on discrimnation about getting in. They were top student’s in their high schools but were denied entry due to being white and were told that they had to allow blacks./hispanics etc in before they would be accepted. They sued the school and were admitted.

Reverse discrimination in the form of “affirmative action” hiring and promotion policies (in public sector employment) has been a big negative for me as a caucasian male my entire adult life.
Lawsuits filed by members of my profession have been rejected by courts (including the Supreme) that have ruled that two wrongs – at least as far as discrimination goes – do make a right.

I have seen quite a few. Not about harassment at school because that generally does not give rise to a suit. Suits about employment discrimination in which a group is excluded have been successful.
